Weldcote Metals 308L 1/16 In. x 36 In. Stainless Steel MIG & TIG Welding Rods 10lbs- Weldcote 308L has the same analysis as type 308 except the carbon content has been held to a maximum of .03% to reduce the possibility of intergranular carbide precipitation.
- 308L stainless steel is used for TIG, MIG, and submerged arc welding of stainless steels such as type 201, 202, 301, 302, 304L, 305, 308L, 321, and 347.
- This filler metal is suitable for applications at cryogenic temperatures.
