Returns Policy

At YAGI Pipe and Steel, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and with any applicable packaging or tags. Please note that all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Special or custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. To initiate a return, contact us with proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is approved and processed. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing YAGI Pipe and Steel. Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
